The Reckoning
A day to stop circling.
A high-level consultancy day for expert founders pivoting, launching, rebuilding, or scaling past a ceiling. With an audit of your business before we even say "good morning".

You already know who you are.
You've built something good that reached six or multi-six figures, probably more. You have the audience, offer suite, reputation, team. From the outside it looks sorted.
From the inside, you've got a list of decisions you've been carrying for months.
The offer that's still profitable but you've outgrown. The pricing you haven't moved because you keep flinching at the last minute. The AI integration that's half-built and quietly making the business worse rather than better. The team member you need to hire and haven't. The pivot you can see the shape of and haven't named out loud yet.
None of those are unsolvable. They're just unsolved.
You're the kind of founder who's used to solving things alone, which is exactly why they're piling up. The skill that got you here, your ability to think your way through anything, is the same skill that's now the bottleneck.
The next level of your business is hard to see from inside it. That's not a thinking problem. It's a proximity one.

Hi, I'm Gemma
A very particular set of skills.
Inside this 5'3 body and ADHD manifesting generator operating system is thirty years of corporate, agency and brand experience, twelve years building expert-led businesses in the online space, and two years embedding AI into the back of all of it.
Two of those corporate roles were at board director level. I've seen behind the scenes of how seven and eight figure businesses actually run, and what makes them stall.
Over twelve years online, I've mentored more than three thousand founders. I've run around fifty VIP days in their previous form. And I've built the Conscious AI Method®, the Trust Ecosystem®, and the Energetic Recode Method® as the actual operating systems I've been running my own business through, before I taught any of them to anyone else.
I'm not selling a snapshot. I'm running the lab.
What's actually changed
The maths of online business has shifted.
For the first time in twenty years of online business, the route to the seven-figure version of expert-led work no longer requires you to be louder.
It doesn't require you to post daily. It doesn't require you to build a personality cult around yourself. It doesn't require you to perform certainty you don't feel.
It requires you to use AI properly.
Not the surface version where AI writes your captions. The deeper version, where AI takes the parts of your business that have always been the constraint, content production, lead nurture, client onboarding, asset creation, the back-end thinking, and runs them at a level you couldn't sustain alone.
Your craft stays at the centre. Your voice stays rare. Your visibility stays measured. The business scales anyway.
This year I've worked on AI strategy and integration with founders including Anna Bellissima, Cathy Wassell, Liz McQuillan, Russell Green, Emma Hine, Jo Middleton, Jacqui Bull, Nicola Peake and more.
Built on craft, not volume. Built on AI as the engine, not the personality.

The day itself
Three steps. 10am to 3pm.
01
You pick the focus, ahead of time.
Pivot, launch, rebuild, scale, AI integration, offer redesign, pricing, hiring. We agree the territory before the day so we go straight to the work that you need most.
02
I audit your business before we sit down.
So I arrive with the data, good and bad, already mapped. We don't waste the morning catching me up. The audit alone is worth the investment.
03
We brainstorm, build, decide, and map out.
Run in chunks so our heads don't explode. You leave a little shook, a lot empowered, and standing taller, because you've had my belief in you installed throughout the day, and the strategy underneath it proving it's not just talk.
The output
What's on the table at the end of the day.
Every Reckoning is shaped around your focus, but you can expect to walk away with versions of these.
i.
A clear picture of where you are.
The audit, mapped against where you want to be. What's working, what's not, what's at risk, what's been hiding and what the opportunities are now.
ii.
The decisions you've been avoiding, made.
Out loud, with someone who has seen this exact moment before. No more circling.
iii.
A map for the next ninety days.
Concrete, sequenced, with priorities. Not a wish list. A plan.
iv.
The AI layer, designed in.
If AI is part of your focus, you leave with a clear view of where it sits in your business, what it should be doing, what it shouldn't, where the revenue opportunity is and the order of build.
v.
Your belief in yourself, recalibrated.
Less measurable, more valuable. You leave with a different posture and you'll feel it the next morning.
Before you book
Questions you're probably sitting with.
Is one day really enough?
Yes, when the day is designed properly. The reason it works is that the audit happens before we sit down. By the time you arrive, I've already mapped your business, the leaks, the opportunities, the bits that don't add up. We don't waste the morning catching up. We spend it deciding. Most six-month containers spend three to four months getting to the level of clarity we arrive at by 11am, because the prep is already done.
I'm not sure I'm ready.
The founders who book The Reckoning aren't ready in the sense of having everything figured out. They're ready in the sense of being tired of circling. There's a difference. If you've been carrying the same decisions for three months or more, the readiness question has already been answered. The not-ready feeling is the protection mechanism that's keeping the decisions unsolved.
What if the answer is something I don't want to hear?
Then you needed to hear it three months ago and you'll be glad you heard it today. The cost of staying in a model that's quietly stopped serving you is higher than the cost of a day that makes you sit with the truth. Most of my clients leave the day relieved, not deflated. The decisions feel heavier in your head than they do once they're made.
Is the price right for what I'm getting?
One strategic shift made in The Reckoning, a pricing change, a killed offer, a hire made, a launch resequenced, will typically return the investment many times over in the following ninety days. The audit alone, if you commissioned it as a standalone piece of work, would cost more than the day itself.
An honest moment
What I promise. And what I don't.
I don't offer a money-back guarantee on The Reckoning.
The day works because both of us show up to it properly. You bring the business, the questions, and the willingness to make the decisions when they're in front of you. I bring the audit, the strategic view, thirty years of pattern recognition, and the willingness to tell you the truth even when it's uncomfortable.
What I will say is this. In every Reckoning I've run in its previous forms, the client has left with the decisions made and the next ninety days mapped. If you can't say yes to showing up to the day fully, this isn't for you. If you can, the day does what it says it does.
The clients who book don't tend to come back for the same problem twice. They come back for the next one.
The other side of the decision
The cost of staying isn't nothing.
The ROI on The Reckoning over the following six months tends to be profound. The price of one good day is significantly lower than the price of another year of delay.
01
Another quarter circling.
02
Another launch that underperforms because the positioning was seventy percent there.
03
Another six months of “I'll sort the AI thing properly soon.”
04
Another offer left running past its useful life because you haven't made the call to kill it.
05
Another year where the seven-figure version of your business stays a feeling rather than a plan.
